5月28日下午金边桑园区一公寓楼下，一名中国男子被另一群中国男子强行拉扯、试图带上车掳走，该中国男子大声呼救，幸得周围保安阻止，对方才作罢逃离现场。
昨天金边警方接该起报案后，抓获了2名涉案的中国籍嫌疑人。目前，该案正在进一步处理中。
