东南亚新闻 菲律宾南警区(SPD)报告称，一名越南男子因持有沙雾和摇头丸在巴兰玉计市(Paranaque)Baydrive街某住宅区附近被捕。
当局表示，20岁的嫌疑人Hoang因在公共场所小便而被社区官员拦下。然而，嫌疑人开始变得烦躁并且开始大闹，引发了他和社区官员之间的激烈争吵。
在他们对峙期间，一个装有黄色药丸的透明小袋不小心从嫌疑人的口袋里掉了下来。社区官员随后立即制服了该越南籍嫌疑人。在搜身过程中，嫌疑人身上还发现了两包沙雾。
